Where do you deliver and how much is the shipping rate?
GOOD NEWS! We offer FREE SHIPPING to Malaysia for orders RM100.00 and above. For other different countries around the world, kindly refer to the table below for our standard shipping rates for countries we deliver to and the shipping rates will automatically updated in the checkout page.

How long does the delivery take?
OLLOUM aims to deliver your items in the fastest time possible!
Klang Valley is within 1-3 working days.
The rest of Peninsular Malaysia is within 3-5 working days.
Sabah and Sarawak is within 3-5 working days.
Singapore is within 3-6 working days.
Brunei is within 3-6 working days.
Other countries’ delivery times may vary, within 5-10 working days.
All orders are processed within 1-3 working days. For orders made before 11am, we will ship out on the same day (However, kindly be informed that if we are in the middle of launching, sales and promotions, kindly allow 1-2 working days for your order to be shipped out).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email, which will include your order number assigned and an invoice.
Once your order has been shipped, you should receive a shipping confirmation email that will contain your tracking number for you to keep updated on the status of your parcel at all times (if you did not receive any confirmation emails, please check in your account or email us at [email protected]).
Tax & customs charges
All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. These charges vary widely from country to country hence we are unable to advise what the cost would be. Olloum has no control over the fees imposed and we also cannot reimburse the amount in any capacity.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated email with your tracking information.

We are not responsible for merchandise risk of loss after the courier has delivered the order to the address.
We do not take responsibility if the courier cannot deliver the package in time due to incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient at the address.
Free shipping will be given if there are mistakes (made by us) in the order(s).
