Accidentally entered the wrong shipping address? Please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible ([email protected]). We will try our best to get our hands on the package before it leaves our warehouse. Keep in mind that as soon as the order has been processed completely, we can’t make any changes anymore.
Always check the tracking link that you’ve received by e-mail. It might be possible that the estimated delivery time has changed, or that you accidentally entered the wrong address. The estimated delivery time didn’t change and your address is correct? Get in touch with our Customer Care Team ([email protected]) to ensure a quick delivery of your order.
We always aim to ship your order to you as soon as possible. Please see below the full list of fees and delivery times below:
Local delivery
Klang Valley is within 1-3 working days
Rest of Peninsular Malaysia is within 3-5 working days
Sabah and Sarawak is within 3-5 working days
International delivery
Singapore is within 3-6 working days
Brunei is within 3-6 working days
Other countries delivery times may vary, within 5-10 working days
All orders are processed within 1-3 working days. For orders made before 11am, we will ship out on the same day (However, kindly be informed that if we are in the middle of launching, sales and promotions, kindly allow 1-2 working days for your order to be shipped out). Once your order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email, which will include your order number assigned and an invoice. Once your order has been shipped, you should receive a shipping confirmation email that will contain your tracking number for you to keep updated on the status of your parcel at all times (if you did not receive any confirmation emails, please check in your account or email us at [email protected]).
Exchange shipping fee is free for Malaysian customers only and we are not liable until item reaches our warehouse.
For international customers, we will NOT borne the shipping fee.
You can return damaged items within 7 days after you received them. Get in touch with our Customer Care Team by sending an email including pictures of the issue to [email protected]. Returns that have been sent back without our approval will not be processed.

– Place the return Poslaju label provided (For Malaysian customer) secure on the outside of the parcel
– Done, your order is ready to be returned ☺
– Kindly drop the parcel to your nearest Poslaju office (for Malaysian customer) and other Post office according to your preferences for international customers.
After shipping your return, you receive a receipt with a tracking code. Please hold this receipt as it’s your proof of shipment.
Yes, you can exchange your ordered items that aren’t worn or washed and with the label attached, within 7 days from the day you received the package. How to exchange your items:
– Fill in the return form
– Place the return Poslaju label provided (For Malaysian customer) secure on the outside of the parcel
– Done, your order is ready to be returned ☺
– Kindly drop the parcel to your nearest Poslaju office (for Malaysian customer) and other Post office according to your preferences for international customers.
After shipping your return, you receive a receipt with a tracking code. Please hold this receipt as it’s your proof of shipment.
Once the returned parcel has been received by us, we will place a new order according to your wishes.
As soon as your parcel has been processed and shipped you will receive an e-mail.
Once we have received your return we will arrange a refund within 5-7 working days. If you haven’t receive any information after 5-7 working days please contact our Customer Care Team [email protected].
